TrueRent is building a rental transparency platform for Phoenix Metro. Our focus is the true cost of a home: base rent, mandatory monthly fees, move-in expenses, pet charges, and utility estimates.

We're starting with Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, and Glendale. Before expanding, our priority is validating the business and building a reliable rental-fee database. Better financial information matters more to us than having the most listings.
